While I have not seen this urn personally, I have seen pictures of it and my brother was in tears when he received it. I needed this urn quite quickly as my wonderful, kind, sweet sister-in-law passed away unexpectedly. I sent a note to "Ruth" stating as much when I ordered it and I received a notification that it was in the mail THAT DAY. Ruth sent me a note saying that since I paid for expedited shipping my brother might receive it the following day (a Saturday) and he did. This has obviously been a emotional time for our family and not only is this a beautiful urn (my sister-in-laws favorite flower) but Ruth was so very kind about everything. Thank you Ruth for being so thoughtful.

This is a beautiful urn, and I so appreciated how quickly the staff got it in the mail for me. I needed it urgently for an event, and they worked hard to get it to me quickly. Just what we wanted to honor our beloved lost family member.
