Exactly as described. I ordered this urn on Tuesday and received it on Friday, so yes it was shipped very fast! Packed extremely well, double box with peanuts in both boxes, urn was bubble wrapped. This urn is beautiful and I know my Mom would have loved it as well. Ruth answered all my questions same day, actually within minutes and was very helpful! Ruth thank you for making this experience much easier for me!
