The seller graciously offered to exchange the urn that I had ordered for my wife when I realized that the one that I ordered and received was too small. The seller didn't have a larger one with the "Lilly of the Valley" design in stock (my wife's favorite flower) but offered to custom make one for me, which I greatly appreciated.
