I ordered this and at first they sent me the wrong urn, although it did come within a couple of days. I contacted them immediately and they were able to get the correct urn shipped on the same day. When I tried to ask for a return label to send back the wrong urn, they said they had trouble sending the label and to just keep the urn. So, it all turned out great! I would just recommend giving yourself plenty of time to order this in case there is an error.
