I had a few questions about myself painting on the urn and they got back to me so quickly and were so helpful and informative. Shipping from the US to Canada can take a while but I got this urn within two weeks of ordering which is quite fast! It was wrapped up well so there was no chance of it getting damaged. I would recommend their urns. It came exactly as described.
